We have built a custom dashboard/operational fulfilment system for our online suit rental business. The scope of the project has continued to expand as we grow and our needs and complexities increase. Originally it started as a system to automate the shipping labels for our orders, but has now been made into an entire backend fulfilment system. We couldn't run and scale our business if we didn't build the infrastructure to automate emails, text messages, late fees, custom management etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project started as a basic automation system to automate the shipping labels of our ecommerce business 3 years ago. It has now evolved into a complete operational, customer management and fulfilment system that spans over multiple websites and regions. These dashboard is an asset of our business, software that is custom, unique and enables us to scale our business like crazy!

Alex and his team have been awesome in terms of communication. We talk almost everyday on Telegram, with consistent virtual meetings and emails depending on what needs to be done. They delivered in timely, cost effectively and very professionally. We couldn't be happier

The engineering and problem solving. When we originally made the project brief, we had no idea regarding how it would be designed, implemented and then further built on. Their senior engineers are there to help solve the issues or problems that arise and come up with solutions that work! The complexitty of the project could not be understated and this never seemed to be an issue

Are there any areas for improvement or something Shtudio could have done differently?

Honestly there really isn't, we have built up a very good, trusted and professional relationship with them. We have never had an issue or lost trust in them and that is very hard to find in the modern business environment.
