We have built a custom dashboard/operational fulfilment system for our online suit rental business. The scope of the project has continued to expand as we grow and our needs and complexities increase. Originally it started as a system to automate the shipping labels for our orders, but has now been made into an entire backend fulfilment system. We couldn't run and scale our business if we didn't build the infrastructure to automate emails, text messages, late fees, custom management etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project started as a basic automation system to automate the shipping labels of our ecommerce business 3 years ago. It has now evolved into a complete operational, customer management and fulfilment system that spans over multiple websites and regions. These dashboard is an asset of our business, software that is custom, unique and enables us to scale our business like crazy!

Alex and his team have been awesome in terms of communication. We talk almost everyday on Telegram, with consistent virtual meetings and emails depending on what needs to be done. They delivered in timely, cost effectively and very professionally. We couldn't be happier

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The engineering and problem solving. When we originally made the project brief, we had no idea regarding how it would be designed, implemented and then further built on. Their senior engineers are there to help solve the issues or problems that arise and come up with solutions that work! The complexitty of the project could not be understated and this never seemed to be an issue

Are there any areas for improvement or something Shtudio could have done differently?

Honestly there really isn't, we have built up a very good, trusted and professional relationship with them. We have never had an issue or lost trust in them and that is very hard to find in the modern business environment.

Within a limited budget, the project included a complete website overhaul to improve aesthetics, UI/UX, and responsiveness. On the marketing end, Shtudio developed and executed strategic campaigns across various digital platforms and conducted market analyses. 

Key deliverables were: 

• A redesigned, SEO-optimized website. 
• A tailored digital marketing strategy. 
• Market, competitor, and customer behavior report. 
• Performance metrics for marketing strategies. 

This project aimed to enhance Illicium's online presence and customer engagement.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project led by Shtudio was highly successful, demonstrated by several key measurable outcomes. Firstly, we saw a significant increase in inbound traffic to the Illicium website within the first four months of the project. The effective SEO optimization implemented during the website redesign and the strategic digital marketing campaigns attracted a larger audience, directly contributing to this improvement. 

Moreover, the project's enhanced visibility and engagement resulted in tangible business growth - illicium successfully closed three new deals during this period. This indicates that the improved website design and comprehensive digital marketing strategies attracted more traffic and succeeded in converting these visits into business opportunities, which is a crucial marker of success.

Despite a few timeline delays due to their busy schedule, Shtudio delivered high-quality work that met our expectations. Our point of contact, Alex, was incredibly responsive, often replying within minutes to provide feedback. The team's effective communication and consistent output quality ensured the project's success, even with some adjustments in the schedule.

This outcome-oriented approach was truly unique and impressive about their service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Shtudio could have done differently?

While initially, we found the costs to be on the higher side, as the project progressed, the quality of the results delivered by Shtudio truly justifies the investment. Thus, our only suggestion might be to ensure the pricing structure is clearly communicated and justified from the onset to align expectations. Apart from this, we had no significant areas of improvement to suggest, as Shtudio's services exceeded our expectations.
