Shoreline Media rebuilt our website from scratch, page by page, with a greater emphasis on calls to action on every page, increased visuals and better cross-navigation site-wide. They update the site on an ongoing basis with almost daily updates as our construction projects progress.
They also were able to build certain content-management modules for me to update locally--certain photos, images and text areas--so it was unnecessary to submit a support ticket for every little update.
Shoreline took over our Google presence, handling our Google ads and SEO. They initiated our social media with new Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts that allowed us to post ourselves with their assistance.
What was the team composition?
At first, the company owner was our immediate point of contact. As the company grew, other individuals were assigned to our company. There was always one person we went to for updates for to resolve issues. This was always a good thing.
They have since enhanced their customer service department with a dedicated email/website stream to specifically handle support and update requests, the majority of which are resolved the same day or in less than 24 hours.
In rare occasions, issues are elevated to upper management, which responds immediately.
