What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Despite them saying the website would be complete within 1 month, it took them over 4 months and the website still wasn't complete. I just paid them the money because they did such a terrible job, I just wanted to be done and get it properly finished elsewhere. They also had no idea about SEO even though I paid for the "SEO Package", literally they have 0 experience or knowledge about SEO, they are liars.

They consistently took around 4 days to reply to me. I would tell them to fix something and they would respond after a week and say it's finished but then I would check and it's literally not finished. There is something wrong with their management systems because they cant respond to messages timely and they would continually get confused thinking they had completed things I asked for but they did not. 

Their services look relatively cheap, but then half way through they will request an extra $1000 out of nowhere. Although it may be cheaper than other options, the results are really bad.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their unique ability to have so many spelling mistakes and terrible graphics throughout the website. Also I told the project manager I dont want random images of random t shirts from google on my website. For some reason they just had random shirts scattered throughout the website, shirts I didnt sell. I told them to delete it all and they got defensive and took a month to attempt to delete it all but they didnt, I had to log in and do it myself.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Shopskey could have done differently?

Yes everything. Communication, management, design skills, SEO, spelling grammar and english abilities, honesty, transparency. Please dont trust these people, they are scammers, wouldn't be surprised if its just an 18 year old kid running a fake agency and outsourcing all the work to people on Fiverr (actually I could see the location of all the logins to my google account and they were from india, phillipines and many random countries)

Initial concept development to final launch. Deliverables were consistently provided on schedule however they launch the website after the 3 days of deadline but I have no complains because everything else was great.
