We wanted to show the viewers our facility, explain our company, and at the same time display our grand event. We found Shoot At Sight on Google while looking for the best video production companies in the city. The entire procedure was incredibly smooth with the team. They were highly cooperative and, surprisingly, their quotation was very affordable considering the impossible task we hired them for.

All of this information was impossible to show in one video according to the other video production companies. However, after our first meeting with the Shoot At Sight team, we were certain that they can make it work. They understood our project well and even gave us valuable suggestions to make our project even better. The team made a brilliant storyboard before the photography started. Apart from the shooting, they handled the editing, script and even the voice-over. We didn't have to worry about a thing.

We worked with the team leads/producers, Mr. Suresh and Mr. Umar. They were our major points of contact, but we could communication with the designers as well. From the looks of it, we believe that the communication is strong in the team. All of our comments were highly welcomed and acted upon. Our modes of communication were WhatsApp, Zoom, WeTransfer and of course Gmail.

We posted the videos on all our social media accounts and YouTube channel and got amazing response from the viewers. The video was liked, commented on, and SHARED by hundreds of people mostly because how well it was made. We have never received such engagement on our accounts. No wonder that our sales have increased as well. The company owner loved the result, which I consider is a win for the team.

Mr. Suresh and Mr. Umar were available for us all the time and were extremely cooperative. They managed to do everything well before the deadline in case we had to make any changes.

If there's anything that was done perfectly in this whole project, it was how the Shoot At Sight team covered our event. They are masters in this particular field. Also, their consultation was highly profitable for us because the changes and improvements they recommended to us for the project all proved valuable to us, which no other video production company has ever done before in my company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The Shoot At Sight team can look for a different place to operate from. Their office is in Barsha, Dubai, and the one time I went to meet the team was quite time-taking. The area is incredibly busy and the traffic jams can be annoying, which is true for all the commercial areas of Dubai.

Our software has many potential use-cases, so we wanted to make a series of videos to highlight the variety of contexts where it is applicable. This included one landing page video, several videos for use in social media to drive awareness, and tutorial videos for use within the app to acclimatize new users.

After reviewing several vendors, we chose this team because of their affordable price, affable team, and the fact that they understood what we were going for creatively.

We started with several discovery meetings in order to give them a clear context of the app and the existing use-cases. This included several shared creative touchpoints. They proposed a creative direction, storyboarded it, and then were fully responsible for principle shooting the production (actors, set, props). Afterwards, we went through several rounds of iteration and revision to clarify messaging with their editors and animators. Then we went through the same process with the tutorial videos, albeit with stricter structure given the educational requirements.

We worked with the producers, who were not only very receptive to any feedback we gave, but also offered great creative insights in terms of core ideas, clarity of presentation, and unifying aesthetics.

We placed the primary video on our home page, which increased the duration of site visits and helped inform conversations with our sales people. Viewers liked the style of the videos as well as the clarity of the product and its value.

The producers were very easy to talk to, provided regular updates, and were very responsive in their communications over WhatsApp, email. Since we are remote, we primarily communicated over text and via regular video chat meetings.

They took the time to understand our product and try to get inside our customers's heads with us, they are truly excellent filmmakers, they were interested in the possibility of making something more creative that would stand out.

We entered into this as a learning process, and feel that creative production is a necessarily iterative act. There are certain things I wish we knew at the beginning of the process, to properly scope certain requests, but that can only come by working together.

SAS initiated the task by exploring the school across and collect valuable evidence that would be useful and worthful for the video. They smartly used all those evidence in the video. Within around a week we received our first sample, required changings were made as per the requirements. Finally within the prescribed time, a 3-minute well introductory was submitted to us.

we worked with the producers of the video wo kept us updated and kept us on schedule. He would keep us on loop through the video sharing app where we could add/comment for us required changes and see the milestone.

Once we shared the video on the different social media platforms we received quite an overwhelming response from the new parents and their eagerness to get connected with us serves the purpose.

Worked with Shoot At Sight in my previous projects as well and i am aware of the fact that the team from SAS could easily manage the campaign with tight deadlines considering the pressure to release the content for Ramadan.

The outcome was great and the visibility of the product increased after the content went online and helped the brand to increase the sales during Ramadan.

Since day one after the project was awarded, we closely worked together on the idea, concepts and creatives in order to achieve the final content. Held multiple weekly meetings with the creative team and production team when the storyboard was approved.
