It’s been a good experience overall. They’re able to fill the positions and their efforts have helped a lot. Sometimes, an organization needs the candidate immediately and Shivalic HR Solution is able to close the position quickly.
How did Shivalic HR Solution perform from a project management standpoint?
The project manager is there to ensure the productivity is fine for everyone. It runs smoothly. We use Jira and various other tools for project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The process they follow is good. Many consultancies just want to know the position, but Shivalic HR Solution wants job descriptions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes when they send out the CVs, some skills are missed. They aren’t technical experts though. The job description I usually send them and the CVs I receive have a certain variation.
Apart from that, everything is good with sending CVs, scheduling interviews, and talking about performance feedback. After the interview, they always ask for the feedback and what the candidate has to work on or points that they, the consultancy, can work on.

Working with them is a good experience. I suggest others work with them. I’m pretty sure they’ll be able to close the position. It’ll be to your benefit to work with them.
