There were some things that were done differently from the instructions. In the end, they were corrected and there were no problems, but I think it would be better to read the instructions in the documents carefully and check them carefully before working.

We communicated thru slack and had weekly stand ups, I never had to worry about Shift Asia not meeting deadlines, they were always clear and upfront on project status

They offered high-level QA testing at an affordable price, and the quality of ticket support was amazing! So organized and clear, you can see the effort put into each ticket.

Introduction

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Agile development where SHIFT ASIA functioned as PMO, controlling UI/UX, scheduling and all. Language-wise, PHP and JQuery/bootstrap(v3)/Kintone were used.

What was the team composition?

1 PM 2 front end and 2 backend developers

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Client was happy that we were able to meet the deadline though we used SHIFT ASIA as offshore development & consulting vendor for the first time.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project manager that was assigned to was easy to communicate, handled communication between design company, marketing team which is us and client sides very well. Apart from requirement review, we communicated via Slack.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their scheduling, knowledge of usability, and communication were impressive.
