Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m one of the co-founders of Muffin Sisters Ltd. We create heritage style children’s accessories and nursery decor made of African fabrics.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Sharpn Marketing Inc.?
I really struggle with collecting emails and I was trying to build a subscriber base.
I asked them to help me with collecting emails and they found a way to create a program so that I could gain a lot of new subscribers to my email list.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They created a giveaway which we did for eight months. It was like a lead generation giveaway where the people who wanted to take part in the giveaway had to provide us with their email address. We started from there, and in the first five to six months, I could see the increase in the emails in my email list.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
When we started doing this, I think I had 3,000 subscribers on my list and after six months, I had around 60,000 subscribers.
I wanted to have a really big email base because I am planning to do bigger things around Black Friday and Christmas. I now have around 140,000 emails on my list. I now have the base to do some email marketing for the two most important days of the year for sales. This is definitely going to help me a lot.
How did Sharpn Marketing Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
I have the software for the emails so I can check daily how the email and subscriber list is growing.
They have the knowledge and told me what I was supposed to do step by step. I think the communication between us was really good. They could explain to me what I was supposed to do in detail and that was really helpful as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their knowledge, great communication, and flexibility were impressive. They have a lot of knowledge when it comes to marketing and they put everything together and explained it all to me. The results show everything.
Are there any areas they could improve?
To be honest, I don’t think so. I didn’t have any issues during the project, and it was a really good experience.

Know what you want to achieve, and they will help you create the project and explain everything in detail. They will help you achieve their goals.
