We were ask to brand Foggvape. Foggvape is a US based e-cigarettes company, with its operations all over the world. We design the front end and it’s backend functionality too.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the finance manager at Abatco, a trading company of powerplants. We provide generators, power equipment, and high-powered demands for the industry.
What challenge were you trying to address with SFU Technologies (Pvt) Ltd.?
We needed someone to develop our CRM. We have long projects with our customers with regular follow-ups and things to do.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed a cloud-based CRM. We requested a mini-ERP from them to control our stock and customer satisfaction.
It was mainly for the company’s profit chain starting from customer queries to our sales team and then onto the store team. Then, if stock is not available, it goes to the procurement team and the finance team.
They did integrations within the CRM. For example, they linked an HR module so we can trace it by the employee and the salesperson.
They also linked our contractors and customers to the portal. The CRM provides a link with our website, so they can accept their relevant module through the online portal. Then, they can make requests from there.
What is the team composition?
I was in contact with three people. There was one from the technical side, one from the financial side, and one from the sales team.

I found them through an online search, and I reached out to 10-15 companies.
How much have you invested with them?
I’ve invested $300,000-$400,000 in their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in May 2018, and it lasted until September 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m really happy with their services. They’re active. Our sales team is really comfortable with the ease of the software. It’s really easy for them to use.

When the portal needed something, they responded on time. They’re still in touch with me for regular feedback, which is good.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’m impressed with their services.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Overall, I have no problem with them. Their approach is very nice.
But, they could be stronger in understanding the technical side. On the financial side, they’re very strong. Their development side is also very strong. However, their understanding of the project could be stronger.
The sales team is pleased with the solution's accessibility. SFU Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. was responsive to any issues that arose during the project. They still seek feedback about the CRM's performance.
