The last upgrade was an automation solutions, custom solution CRM for it, to increase productivity, better management of the team and time saving. Devlogiq was responsible for building a completely responsive front-end, back end the website and CRM solution.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO and founder of Global Executive Events. We organize events at the senior executive level for various industries in Mumbai, New York, and Las Vegas. These areas include market research, consumer insights, customer experience, cybersecurity and IoT, internal digital communication, and change management.
What challenge were you trying to address with Devlogiq?
We needed to regain normal operations after a cyberattack.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Devlogiq rebuilt our main website and pages for each event using HTML. The team then created a CRM from scratch to replace our Excel files. Currently, everything runs on a server that Devlogiq built. They maintain our IT services and handle the Mumbai office for security reasons.
What is the team composition?
The project manager is our main point of contact. We interact with his colleagues and have had meetings with the whole team.
How did you come to work with Devlogiq?
A friend referred me to them.
How much have you invested with them?
We have a monthly payment structure. We’ve spent €60,000 ($68,805 USD) in total.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Devlogiq in September 2017 and the collaboration is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The cyberattack was a bad time for us. We were on a blacklist and nothing worked. But Devlogiq helped us completely.
The CRM spared us from sending thousands of emails manually. Additionally, we can now see sales records on a dashboard without having to consult hard copy reports. That automation—downloading files and sending them to accounting—makes our business significantly more efficient.
How did Devlogiq perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate via email and WhatsApp; the team is always available on the latter. The project manager replies within 10 minutes whenever there are issues. I also have access to their project management platform, but I never use it. Tasks are easy to track on an hourly and weekly basis
What did you find most impressive about them?
The project manager takes the work seriously; he wants to understand the customer’s needs and make the project a success. He thinks critically about the scope, as opposed to following it blindly. For example, the project manager made a substantive case for not implementing a certain feature. In other instances, he thought about the project’s next steps and provided insightful advice before we made a mistake.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have experience with a lot of teams, but I have nothing bad to say about Devlogiq.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
Make sure they understand the business logic during the first few meetings. Those conversations need to cover every aspect of the client’s offerings. What’s more, clients should feel relaxed about the engagement and enabled to hand off work to Devlogiq. The team is proactive and wants their customers to succeed.
