Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Our company website was quite outdated and we required a proper revamp of the website on WordPress. As its easy to manage and believed to be quite SEO friendly. We required a website that displayed our expertise and products we offer in an organized manner with a user friendly design. We further required the website to be mobile responsive. More than anything we required a request to quote feature on our website for each of our products. As we do not offer a standard checkout feature but we provide booking appointments so that our teams will visit the customer to provide a quote. This was the most important feature required on our website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was delivered as per the committed timeline. Although we requested for minor changes and revisions, the website delivered was exactly what we wanted. The design was a major upgrade on the previous website and the feature we requested (quote request) on every product was exactly how we wanted. Everything was designed, developed and delivered as we asked. More than that, the company provided us with the content for the website so it was SEO ready.

Communication with the team was very easy and went really smooth. What we liked about their approach was that they kept on following up with the required changes. So rather than us keeping them on their toes, they were very time efficient and very responsive. What we liked about them was they were almost available all the time even in their off hours to address our questions and queries. Every change and question was not just accepted with a "yes" but it was responded with a good suggestion that provided a different perspective. So it was an excellent experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication and excellent customer service were outstanding. While they never committed a dedicated account manager but it seemed like we had a dedicated account manager. We got response almost instantly and they understood our issues quite instantly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SEOHUB.PK PVT LTD could have done differently?

There isn't much we can say about improving any part of their service. We are actually very happy with what they provided all round.

Our goals were to fix issues on our website and acquire qualified and relevant leads.

I found them quite dedicated with their work. The team which they assigned to me were very professional and responsive and kept very close eye on every detail.

What impressed me most was that they kept me updated of the their process and the progress of my website at all times. Even though they were doing all the work it felt as though I was working as part of the team. It was simply an amazing experience

What was the team composition?

The team which was dedicated for my website optimization had 3 writers while mostly the optimization work was done by Talha and sometimes we consulted with one other SEO expert. A designers and developer completed the team composition.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

What I can say is that I got quite a few relevant leads to my business and Google analytics showed that my website had increased web traffic and the bounce rate improved significantly. Overall I can say that it was a success

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

This is the part I enjoyed working with them the most. Their communication was top-notch, I received monthly reports about the work and they used to contact me every few days if I needed any changes regarding the process. They responded to any changes I wanted positively. Everything from them on this part was very satisfying

What did you find most impressive about this company?

In my opinion their commitment and hard work sets them apart. They managed everything quite amazingly for me.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In my opinion I think they can improve their service packages as i found them a little expensive then what I expected. Other than I think everything was satisfactory
