Social Media:

• Success: Paid Ads on Facebook and Instagram: giving us an estimated 10-12 leads per week based on £100 weekly budget. Based on initial projections, this is half of expected number of leads. We are expecting to pick up more leads within in dedicated budget in the next 1-2 months. 

Website Development: 

• Success: website has been deisgned and is now live according to how we want it. 

SEO:

• Progress: Thorough analysis of industry to research key words, Developed landing pages based on categories of keywords. 
• Next steps: improve rankings.

There has been one project manager assigned to each of the three projects we have undertaken. This allows us to hold a single person accountable, ensures we are not chasing different people around, and measures success. All commitments delivered on time. 

Canonical Tutors initially approched them for Google Ads but they showed us realistic figures allowing us to choose social media marketing instead which has been a game chnager for us. They went bank and forth to redesign our website exactly how we wanted it.

Great communication; They're a digital marketing agency that really treats our business as their own. They work around our timezone and are absolutely transparent in their communication. Social Media manager, Kashif, has been excellent in taking the lead to deliver excellent communication.

Had to go back and forth to make sure all work was being done in accordance to our industry - UK Education Industry rather than the general Education Industry. SEOHUB acted swiftly and assigned a project manager to ensure this.

I am the director of Emerdency LTD, a company based in UK. It is an online booking platform allowing the general public to book emergency dental appointments with local dentists.

I hired SEO HUB for their complete SEO services. I wanted my website to rank for certain key words in a number of locations around UK. I was unable to achieve desired results with my previous SEO company in the time frame they had promised. This led me to search for another company which would be able to deliver on their promise.

What were your goals for this project?

The primary goal was to rank on page one of google for a specific keyword, in the 9 towns I was targeting. This would then naturally increase the traffic to the website resulting in an increase in business.

How did you select this vendor?

Emerdency is a relatively new company therefore our marketing budget was rather modest. In order to maximise the value of our budget I decided to find a company in Pakistan. After speaking to a number of companies in Pakistan I established a great rapport with the team at SEO HUB right from the onset. I felt their communication in English was of a very high standard and most importantly I felt they didn't over promise what hey could offer.

The SEOHUB team carried out an extensive audit of the website. Following this they advised me on the changes that they felt would help from an SEO perspective. I was given an option to get these done by my own developer or they also said they could get these implemented. Not pushy sales but accommodating to my needs. Some of the changes included the addition of relevant keywords to the content and some technical SEO fixes.

What was the team composition?

I am in close contact with the project manager Asjad, who is also the head of SEO and the company Director Talha. They have both regularly and promptly updated me throughout the time I have been working with them. Working with them is like being a part of their Team!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before commencing with their services my website was only ranking on page one in 1out of the 9 locations. After month 3 my website was appearing on page one in 8 out of the 9 locations. My previous SEO agency had advised me it would take a further 6 months to achieve the results SEO HUB achieved in only 3 months. The organic traffic to my website has only increased month by month ever since starting to work with SEO HUB. This is enough of a reason for me to continue working with them and it is also a reason why we are in discussion to increase our partnership to other locations around UK.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between both comapnies has been second to none. Asjad who is my main contact has been super responsive, happily responding at awkward hours due to the time difference between Pakistan and UK. The ease of contact is effortless with the aid of modern technologies like Whatsapp.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their honesty, transparency, and punctuality have been the most impressive thing about SEO HUB. They delivered above and beyond what they had promised and also accommodated my needs with a smile on their face. They are a great bunch with a great work ethos and infective passion for SEO The qualities demonstrated by SEO HUB are ones that establish long term business relationships allowing both parties to prosper.

In all honesty I have nothing negative to say about them. They haven't disappointed me in anyway. Nevertheless there are always things that can be improved upon. I'm sure they are regularly reflecting on how the work and making improvements in the background for everything to be so seamless as it has been.

I was on the hunt for a proper digital marketing company as my website was falling behind to my competitors. I required a team who could quickly understand my business, my industry and more than that I needed a team who are well aware of the latest SEO trends and updates. My one and only goal was to improve my website’s rankings, appear on more searched keywords and increase my online sales organically and through paid Google Ads campaign.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most measurable outcome was obviously the improvement in keyword rankings and increased website traffic that got me increased sales. In the past one year with SEOHUB, my website has steadily grown on search engines and now I can see most of my keywords in first page and some of them are ranking at the very top. 

Moreover, the Google Ads campaigns have also been very positive, their Google Ads expert is very knowledgeable and has great command, which has ultimately seen our business ROI improve in the past few months.

Communication with the SEOHUB team is the most enjoyable part when working with them. They are very responsive, they update me regarding the progress every now and then. Its quite easy to talk to them, so its been a very fascinating experience with their project management team.

Our company website was quite outdated and we required a proper revamp of the website on WordPress. As its easy to manage and believed to be quite SEO friendly. We required a website that displayed our expertise and products we offer in an organized manner with a user friendly design. We further required the website to be mobile responsive. More than anything we required a request to quote feature on our website for each of our products. As we do not offer a standard checkout feature but we provide booking appointments so that our teams will visit the customer to provide a quote. This was the most important feature required on our website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was delivered as per the committed timeline. Although we requested for minor changes and revisions, the website delivered was exactly what we wanted. The design was a major upgrade on the previous website and the feature we requested (quote request) on every product was exactly how we wanted. Everything was designed, developed and delivered as we asked. More than that, the company provided us with the content for the website so it was SEO ready.

Communication with the team was very easy and went really smooth. What we liked about their approach was that they kept on following up with the required changes. So rather than us keeping them on their toes, they were very time efficient and very responsive. What we liked about them was they were almost available all the time even in their off hours to address our questions and queries. Every change and question was not just accepted with a "yes" but it was responded with a good suggestion that provided a different perspective. So it was an excellent experience.

What I can say is that I got quite a few relevant leads to my business and Google analytics showed that my website had increased web traffic and the bounce rate improved significantly. Overall I can say that it was a success

Their communication was top-notch, I received monthly reports about the work and they used to contact me every few days if I needed any changes regarding the process. They responded to any changes I wanted positively. Everything from them on this part was very satisfying

In my opinion I think they can improve their service packages as i found them a little expensive then what I expected. Other than I think everything was satisfactory
