Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the head producer of Crash Symphony Productions, a professional, music, sound, and green-screen-video recording studio featuring the very highest quality audio recording equipment.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with SEOcycle? 

We realized that we could no longer rely on word-of-mouth to grow. We wanted to increase our speed of growth by getting good visibility on Google.

SOLUTION

What is the scope of their involvement?

Our business started out as a traditional recording studio. It has since evolved into a more broadly-capable multimedia studio that offers a range of products such as video, green screen, audio recording, and live streaming. SEOcycle works with us to make these services visible on Google.

We selected 10 keywords that we felt were important for our studio and would be searched for. Once we finished that, we began working together to optimize the site and make it visible for those keywords.

We provided SEOcycle access to the backend of the site and other key social media platforms, where they've performed health checks and handled backend work. They also provide advice and when they see that Google algorithms have changed or that an area of our site is weak, they flag it. Additionally, they provide weekly reports of how our ranking progress is going.

How did you come to work with SEOcycle?

A former employee referred them to us.

What is the status of the engagement?

We started working with them in March 2014 and the collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SEOcycle has helped us get more clients through organic Google searches and improve our site so that it’s optimized for this purpose.

All of our keywords started with low rankings, showing up on page 21 on Google for example. It took some time, but we have managed to get all the keywords up to the first page and our business has changed dramatically as a result. We have bigger and more serious clients and the business turnover has grown a lot. It still takes a lot of effort to maintain those rankings but the results are very tangible.

How has SEOcycle performed from a project management standpoint?

We’re happy with how they’re managing our project. They provide an ongoing assessment of our rankings, a consistent social media presence, and suggestions about how we can further improve.

What do you find most impressive about this company?

I’m always impressed by how quickly they respond to our questions and concerns. There hasn’t been a time when I feel like we’ve been ignored, which is very comforting. If there’s something that we feel needs work, SEOcycle acts immediately.

They’ve been extremely transparent, honest, and responsive throughout the years we’ve worked together.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. We’re happy with them.
