I’m the founder of an executive coaching company that offers coaching services to peak performers in any industry.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with SEO Studio?

For the past ten years, I’ve been working with Rohan (Owner, SEO Studio) on my company’s SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They walked me through SEO strategy and implementation. For example, they helped me through Google Ads campaigns and writing blog posts on our site. That allowed us to actually build content. Ryan made sure to guide us, showing me the correct actions to take in order to boost our ranking in search results. 

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with Rohan and his team. There are three additional resources that assist with administrative work, backend work, and blog processing respectively. 

How did you come to work with SEO Studio?

It came to our attention that our previous website and SEO service provider wasn’t getting us the SEO results that we needed. In looking for a new partner, we saw that SEO Studio was appearing first in Google Search results. We figured that was a good sign pointing us toward a credible company. I gave them a call and ended up hiring them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $5,000–$6,000 annually. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in 2010 and are still collaborating now. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After a few months of working with them, I started to see true organic growth and performance. Getting a high organic ranking on Google is like gold. Since Google typically serves as the bread and butter of consumer web searches, it’s incredibly important to us to perform. 

They’ve allowed me to climb in the rankings and be competitive. Even if a competitor wanted to heavily invest in my space, I’d still ranking first or second with certain keywords because of the foundations that we’ve set with them. That’s a testament to their skill level as a company.  

How did SEO Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m able to send him a WhatsApp message or email and recieve a response in a few hours at the most. Even if it’s a weekend or holiday, he’s always able to get back to me with an answer.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve been able to adapt to changes in Google’s algorithm, helping people to find my site.  Users who’re interested in our services are now able to find and connect with us easily. He helpful and delivered on his promises time and time again. He really went above and beyond.

He has a high level of integrity, not taking on tons of other coaching companies. They have every right to accept their business and assist others in competing with me, but they don’t. I find that quite valuable. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything significant. However, I’d love for him to offer Google Ads services in the same way he does SEO.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Understand your offerings before going to them for help. If you don’t have a good idea of your end goal, you’ll end up wasting time with them. That initial preparation will set you up for success.
