We started the SEO campaign in May 2020 and with less than 3 months SEO Discovery were able to achieve 1st position in google for our company website for the most targeted competitive keywords.

Their project management style was professional and result oriented which delivered positive outcome within a short period. They provided weekly reports with detailed review of all work completed during the week which was very easy for us to monitor.

Thanks to their digital marketing strategies, our e-commerce business is booming. We have one of the biggest online presence for building materials in the U.K. Every week, they provide an in-depth report for all of our keywords, AdWords, and social media. They’ve managed to get us to the top ranking for nearly all of our targeted terms, and they’ve maintained a strong cost-per-click ratio for our AdWords spend. In terms of social media, we didn’t have much of a presence before they came along, but now we get a lot of follower engagement.

How did SEO Discovery perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very independent and manage their time well. When they give an estimate of how long it will take for a keyword to reach the top spot, they commit to it. And if they don’t meet that goal, then they work on it without charge until they finish. In terms of communication, we typically interface by phone and email. This year, we were able to see them in person. They came over from India, and we were pleased with the meeting.

The main objective was to have someone help us deal with the search engine optimization campaigns that we have going on for our clients. Backlinks are one of the most important parts of an SEO campaign. Without it, it would be difficult to succeed online, especially with the competition.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We work in collaboration with the SEO Discovery team to achieve the results our clients want. We handle most of the SEO process, but SEO Discovery executes a lot of the backlink generation. They also give us ideas for optimizing our website and other matters related to SEO. They’re like a white-label partner so they don’t have any contact with our clients. They only deal with the SEO department in our company. It’s more of a third-party type of relationship.

For a certain client of ours, we would start the campaign and do the main optimization on the website. As we’re going through that process, we get in contact with SEO Discovery to get their thoughts. At that point, we create the second part of the campaign, which is when they come into play and start to generate links to the websites.

It’s a very seamless and hands-off process. We put a lot of thought into it, but we don’t need to go through a lot of paperwork. They get the job done as needed. They’re always there for us.

They’re in India, so we can’t expect them to be native speakers. Fortunately, we are able to communicate easily with anyone on their team, and they understand what we ask them to do. We primarily use Slack, and we also use Skype when we need video conferencing. We also use Facebook Messenger periodically.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It would be awesome if they could be our in-house team. They are always available for questions, and we can expect to get a response within the day. Their problem-solving and follow-up skills are on point. They get the job done and create what we need in a timely manner. Their work is pretty straightforward, and they do an outstanding job.
