Watch Alfavit is a niche media project founded by me and 2 other partners in 2016. My role was a CEO and full management of the project.

THE SENTRY fully developed our web site and maintained our project for over a year.

Our goal was to build an intuitive, friendly platform for watch professionals and enthusiasts that fit all contemporary technological requirements and help us achieve business plan goals

The Sentry truly understood the project's objective, offered a solution and suggested an appropriate model for everyday communication. In fact, when we hit some rocks THE SENTRY tried to understand our company's specialities and offered the best system for our team to coordinate the project. This was not expected of THE SENTRY but it was done and helped us move a long. They provided a real partnership approach that is rarely met in the market.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of 10 people however only 5 would in close contact with THE SENTRY on the daily basis. Some people changed and some people joined the team which was not the problem for THE SENTRY and was met with respect and cooperation.


Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We created the most intuitive and friendly platform that set high standards for the industry not only in Russia and CIS where we operated by in The rest of the World. Due to this project we are able to develop similar projects for partners abroad.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was impressive as it was constantly revised and adjusted to the needs our specialities of our team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Partnership approach. When you develop a project from scratch you might not know what you don't know . IT was never met by a partner as a problem from their side but an question that should be resolved together. That is impressive.
