I am owner of Venti Card. Venti Card is a startup that provides its members with special discounts with our partnered vendors.

Sentral X helped with our business plan and strategy and they are working on the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched online marketing and web design in this area and found Sentral X. After talking to them, base on their offer and price range, I picked Sentral X.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They offered a free consulting session after which they worked with me on the business plan over Zoom. After the business plan and launch strategy was finalized, they helped map out our website.

They asked me questions about my business, key features/design elements I offered and combined that with their insight to build a unique, modern site. The website is in progress but looking great so far.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with their founder for business consulting and I communicated with a project manager for web work.

They made the business plan, designed the website, and developed the features we needed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent! They even responded on weekends. They were always available when we reached out.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The founder was involved with our end clients too, so we really felt like we had experts guiding our startup.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They said they don't build native mobile apps. If they add mobile app development in the future, that would make them even better.
