Caries Monster Fighters - a game with elements of augmented reality, which helps to turn a visit to the dentist into an exciting interactive experience for a child. I am the CEO of Caries Monster Fighters.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sensters?

We’ve developed the game in the mobile application and needed a company that could handle our marketing efforts to engage both of our target audiences: pediatric dentists and parents of little kids.

We hired Sensters to manage our digital marketing initiative. Most importantly, its team developed a digital media strategy. It involved building advertising campaigns for various markets and SMM campaigns, copywriting, and generating brand slogans. Aside from that, they provided us with creative materials and illustrations for campaigns and exhibitions.

We were able to work with a wide variety of their team members and each had a unique perspective on digital marketing. The team consisted of a Project manager, Business analyst, Copywriter, SMM manager, Graphic designer, Illustrator and they all were highly professional and collaborative.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were good at understanding what we needed and got into our main issues. Our game was too ground-breaking and incomprehensible for the audience. Consequently, the team came up with an idea of how to make test purchases.

All deadlines were met, and the team was incredibly liable. We managed the process through regular communication and understandable presentations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We’re impressed with its creative approach to our project. The team developed a top-notch content plan. Additionally, they’ve had great ideas on illustrations and visuals.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

We hired Sensters to develop a Digital Media Strategy and to promote our mobile app within the target audience. We needed to build awareness about our product and to attract users from two different audiences: artists and art lovers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with Sensters speeded up the development of our mobile app. They used A/B testing campaign strategy, and multifaceted ways to target potential buyers. They used the "reach" approach in the early days of our campaign to boost awareness, and then the "conversion" approach for an interested audience.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Every week we reviewed the results and campaign performance. Each month we adjusted budgets for the next month and prepared media plans based on relevant goals and priorities of our business.

They’re proactive and I have support on a strategic level. They’re passionate about what they do and they value their clients. I can always count on them.

As we‘ve just started our journey to enter the Ukrainian market, we’ve started from developing Digital Media and SMM Strategies. That’s what Sensters helped us with. Starting with Digital Media Strategy, Sensters conducted competitors' analysis within the industry beforehand, defined media KPIs and target audiences, and set a couple of test hypotheses for us. It allowed us to map out a clear path forward with relevant channels and tools for our promotion and performance on the Ukrainian market.

The work on the SMM Strategy was equally impressive. They started by assessing our current social media landscape and analyzing competitors’ strategies. As well as in the Digital Media Strategy, Sensters provided us with insights into defining social media KPIs for our consistent improvements. One of the highlights of our collaboration is their creativity in visual concept creation which is expected to give our brand a modern identity and make us stand out in the digital space.

The development of a content strategy, a well-structured posting schedule, and compelling copywriting ensure that our online presence will be steady and engaging. For us, Sensters’ comprehensive approach and ability to seamlessly integrate these strategies is essential in achieving our digital marketing goals. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve successfully implemented both Strategies and entered the Ukrainian market which was the key goal for 2023.

Our experience with Sensters’ team project management is truly outstanding. They consistently demonstrate strong deliverability always meeting deadlines on time. Additionally, Sensters are always up to deliver extra services. In our case that was a Staff Workshop for our Ukrainian office.
