• Proof of Concept (POC): The initial project aims to demonstrate the capabilities of the solution, with a focus on data display functionalities, communication with existing components (crawlers, jobs, etc.), and integration with third-party notification services (email and Slack). 
• Minimum Viable Product (MVP): This is an evolution of the Proof of Concept, concentrating on expanding the functionalities offered by the solution (additional routines, more updates, enhanced data control) and ensuring the graphical interface adheres to the style guide and UI functionalities.
• Quality Assurance: The final stage involves project participants continuously testing the solution in various operational scenarios to address any bugs and correct deviations identified throughout the project's development.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful completion and validation of the Proof of Concept (POC), indicating the solution's capabilities were proven in terms of data display functionalities, communication with existing components, and integration with third-party notification services. Expansion of functionalities in the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), such as the implementation of more routines, frequent updates, and improved data control, which indicates progress in enhancing the solution. 

Adherence of the graphical interface to the style guide and UI functionalities, showing progress in ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing interface. Identification and resolution of bugs and deviations through the Quality Assurance stage, demonstrating a commitment to continuous testing and improvement, leading to a more robust and reliable solution. These measurable outcomes collectively show the project's progress and success in achieving its intended goals and objectives.

while SENNO's overall performance was commendable, there were a few areas where they could consider making slight adjustments to enhance their already excellent services. For instance, streamlining their communication processes even further could create an even smoother experience for clients like myself. Additionally, introducing more frequent progress updates could be beneficial, as it would help keep clients in the loop with the latest developments. This would further reinforce the strong sense of trust and transparency that SENNO already embodies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SENNO could have done differently?

-Overproduction of frameworks. Although Senno delivered a lot of value, my main point of improvement would be to reduce the quantity of content they delivered, specially when talking about the strategic recommendations which had so many frameworks, thus was a bit bloated, causing complexity and difficulty to engage other stakeholders with the content. I'm certain that with a more concise approach to strategy they can deliver even more value to the companies they work with.
