SENL was initially an informal network of service providers and citizens who were concerned about the full participation of persons with disabilities in the provincial labor force. We are a group comprised of many non-profit agencies across the island of Newfoundland and Labrador, which achieves its goals. We promote workplace inclusion for Canadians with developmental disabilities through supported employment to eliminate the barriers that prevent the full participation of these individuals.
