I'm the marketing director of Nova Bella, a leading bridal fashion brand. We produce wedding and evening dresses, but our main focus is on wedding dresses.

We have many showrooms in Istanbuland and our own franchises, and we also work worldwide as a wholesale.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sempeak?

We were facing some problems with our website, especially with SEO. We contacted them to find solutions to our problem. They’ve helped us from the beginning, and they have made a long-term plan for SEO solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sempeak started on SEO, but we used their help with web development later on. They didn’t build the website from scratch. We had a ready template, and they worked on it to improve it. They added new pages and fixed some technical stuff on the site. We plan to have a multiple language website. We started with the English one, and we’ll do a Turkish and maybe an Arabic one.

They’re currently doing content writing and identifying the related keywords to attract more traffic to the website. We had an initial meeting about the keywords, and we decided to go with long scale keywords. Sempeak provides some effective keywords, which will help our site to have a better ranking.

What is the team composition?

We’re in contact with about 6–7 people. The manager of the company is the team leader, and we have a SEO specialist, a CRO specialist, an account strategist, and their directors.

How did you come to work with Sempeak?

A friend recommended them to me. I also searched on Google for SEO agencies, and they were ranked first.

I contacted them. We had an online meeting and then another one in our office. We told them what we wanted, and they prepared a plan based on our needs. We liked it, so we started working together.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve paid more than $10,000. The amount depends on the project being worked on, but we spend around $2,000–$3,000 monthly on average.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July 2021, and we’re still engaged with them. The contract is for one year, but we might renew it depending on how they perform.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re happy with them because they delivered on time and did what they promised, including providing the content. For the ranking, we haven’t seen improvement because we're still in the preparation stage. Maybe after 3–4 months, we’ll see better results.

How did Sempeak perform from a project management standpoint?

They always deliver on time. We like their working process because they update us every 2–3 days about the progress. If there's a problem that needs fixing, they inform us immediately. Overall, we don't have to follow them.

We have our meetings on Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They care immensely about the results — as if it's their company or website. The team contacts us and is always trying to find creative solutions for issues. Sometimes it feels like they’re working directly for us.

Nothing comes to mind at the moment.

We mostly communicate through phone calls and emails.
