There are bulk tasks that would take our internal team 100s of hours to complete and it wasn't feasible to only be in house with our fulfillment so we reached out to Semify to see if we could utilize their services in the white-label SEO sphere.

Our agency searched online for reputable white-label SEO fulfillment options and spoke with Matt to see if our goals aligned. After working out how our partnership would work and what my company needed, we decided to go with Semify.

Our ongoing projects include basic SEO fulfillment needs like bulk meta descriptions, linkbuilding, image optimizations and other actions that Semify is setup to complete to scale. We also have ongoing SEO campaigns that Semify is suggesting strategy as well. Our partnership is slightly different from the average white label SEO partner as we don't utilize the reselling tools they have but the team over there has been very accommodating to our agency's needs.

We work with an account manager, Sanad, to align on SEO tasks and utilize Semify's fulfillment department to fulfill those needs as the arise.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far we have seen increases across keyword ranking and traffic but as anyone in SEO knows, it takes time to see measurable outcomes. Deliverables have come back quickly and accurately. Very impressed with the work they do at Semify.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been great! They have a dashboard that allows me to communicate with my AM, review changes to the campaigns running, report on keyword and ranking numbers, as well as check on invoices.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've been impressed by the care and transparency that I've seen from Matt and Sanad. They have reassured my that my agency's needs are being met and are timely and professional in all my interactions with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

My ONLY issue is how the messaging from their dashboard appears in my inbox. Super small and not REALLY an issue but I guess its just the formatting that doesn't work well for me.

From there, we built out a strategy to best support our client's long-term online goals. The results so far have been very positive in terms of gaining more online search visibility to our client's websites.

I've been working with the VP of business development and have been assigned a campaign manager who works closely with me to ensure all tasks are completed for our client's online campaigns.

Since implementing the SEO efforts, we're seeing several of the targeted keyword phrases move up in the SERP's which is very encouraging.

I would like to see some improvements as it relates to their client dashboard. It's an effective platform for managing orders, tasks, and reports, but not very intuitive.

The organization and checks/balances is something I can always rely on. We have key deliverables with SEO, PPC, and Content Marketing. Each client and their needs are being met and attended to both proactively and regularly.

I’m happy to report that in the first couple months of our engagement we’re seeing positive results for all clients in all areas of service. The SEO rankings are up, the PPC leads, conversions, and cost per click are on the right track. The content is high quality. Overall, everything is measuring in the green and momentum is continuing. We are happy and our clients are happy too.

The organization, along with checks and balances makes the Semify project management very consistent, reliable, and thorough. I appreciate the bo-weekly summary emails, plus the dashboard.

I like how the dashboard replicates what’s happening over email, that’s an extra bonus for me. (And by the way, I’m SO grateful they don’t use Slack or some other type of crazy system). The Semify dashboard gives me what I need and is effective to hold the entire team accountable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I’m super impressed that the Semify team keeps everything organized and personal. I feel like the only client and I know that’s not the case. Right from the beginning, the camaraderie was really good too. Everyone in Semify, LLC is happy, enthusiastic, prepared, dedicated, and proactive.

The process has been amazing. We don’t typically offer these services, but Semify has helped us integrate their work seamlessly into our packages. Overall, their support has been stellar.

The team has been very responsive. During the sales process, we primarily had short Zoom meetings and phone calls to clarify anything. Now, I meet with the dedicated project manager every week to talk about the account. 

To keep track of everything, we use a task management system. Overall, the team has helped us stay on top of everything.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Semify is very good at what they do. Their communication skills are also excellent.

Nothing comes to mind in terms of what they could improve.

Let them do their job — they have a great process that works, so don’t be afraid to follow their lead. Additionally, describe your needs clearly.

As our business expands, we have been trying to find effective ways of scaling our efforts. Attempts to hire SEO/PPC professionals has proven to be a slow process, especially when quality of work product is of paramount importance.

We selected multiple providers to run test campaigns with to get a feel for the available talent in the SEO/PPC vendor space. From there, they made on-site changes and created new collateral with our updated tactics and keywords. We have a project manager that works with multiple team members including copyrighters, SEO specialists, and web developers. So far we have been happy with our single point of contact.

We are still in the early phases of the engagement so we do not have a great deal of externally validated progress to report, however we are seeing an increase in traction based on the actions performed on our behalf.

Our communications have been managed via their online portal where questions are quickly answered and issues promptly addressed. We have not yet found a need to expand into Slack or other IM channels as the systems in place by default with Semify are very effective.

Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge within the industry stands out. They put in a lot of due diligence before getting started, which has proven efficient and effective. Also, I really appreciate their follow-through and willingness to deliver.

So far we have no complaints. Their pricing model is fair, their staff exceptional, and their commitments are reliably and truthfully executed.

From here, Semify performed a 360 analysis and full brand audit that included technical stack review, site audit, keyword research and competitive research. They then provided security and site map recommendations, set up our digital landscape accordingly and submitted the outcome of the keyword research and competitive analysis alongside a long term strategy on how to rank as desired. Semify begun executing the campaigns and have been since. They provide monthly rating reports with changes and write monthly recurring content

SEO is a long-term investment in the digital marketing industry, so we don’t have specific metrics yet. What I can say is that we have clients that have moved up significantly in rankings and improved on steady conversions — we don’t have a single account that hasn’t shown progression with Semify in their different stages.

Semify’s team has its own internal dashboard where we collaborate, which is very helpful in terms of tasks.

They’re very responsive. One of the main reasons we chose them is their impressive communication, which is important to us, especially if we need to provide quick answers to a client. Also, their willingness to help us close deals, share information, and collaborate with us is something that I find important — they offer their services and expertise to help my business grow.

I don’t think there’s something they can improve on — they quickly address any issue we have in terms of responsiveness and quality.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Semify provides a monthly marketing report with results. We pass that report to our clients so they can make a decision. So far, we’ve had almost a 100% success rate, meaning that we’re still with the same clients that get services from Semify since we started.

How did Semify, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They have an internal ticket support system. We send them an email, and then that logs into their ticket dashboard. In terms of meetings, they prefer to meet at least once a month per client, but they offer as many as we like. Personally, we typically decline the meetings because things are going well, and we don’t really need to touch base with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their response time is the most impressive. We generally hear back from them within 10–15 minutes — they’re super fast at getting back to us. Also, their pricing is impressive because it’s very affordable for us to see results. Additionally, we’re able to pass those services onto our small business clients, who are limited in budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’d love them to have more services and expand into social media, marketing, and campaigns. We know that’s not what they do, but that’s our personal wishlist! Otherwise, I don’t think that there’s something they can improve — they’re amazing.

We worked briefly with them several years ago and with the little interaction we had I felt very comfortable using them for larger projects.

We begin each project with a planning session, looking at strategies, keywords, content, etc. for the site we're working on. Once the research is complete, we create a plan and move forward with putting that in motion. There are forms to complete that include detailed information for the site, a keyword list to sign off on and a scope of work to approve.

At least 3, probably more like 5 if we include those that are in message threads for the project. There is a business development person that sort of helps provide the overall gameplan and strategy. Then we have an account manager that works with us on a daily basis. For some items I'll interact with her boss. And then there are several content creators that provide content for approval and posting.

Since working with Semify, we're seeing results in our clients rankings. We've significantly improved the content on many of that pages and hopefully continue to progress in rankings.

Their communication and workflow are great, and they have a dashboard for projects. It could be easier to use, but it works and once you learn it getting around on it is much easier.

They want us to succeed as much as we do. I've worked with other companies that felt like we were just a number and they had no real reason to address any concerns or questions. Semify does a great job of addressing concerns or answering any questions along the way.

As mentioned before, their project dashboard interface could be better designed, but it does work.
