They've helped us to rank locally and increase our organic traffic, which has helped a lot. We're now getting 6,000–7,000 users locally per month.

How did Semantic Minds perform from a project management standpoint?

They email us a monthly report and schedule a quarterly call to explain everything they’ve done to increase the organic traffic. We communicate via email and Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s easy to work with them, and they’re quite knowledgeable about what they’re doing. We don’t have to explain anything; they understand our business. Moreover, the person we work with has a connection with our country, so it's pretty easy for us to explain the kind of content we need on our website and the keywords we want to rank.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The communication is on a monthly basis; they should start communicating on a weekly or bi-monthly basis. Also, they can improve their content writing services. Initially, it took a long time for them to get organic traffic on our website, so they can improve there as well.

Semantic Minds added a chatbot feature and improved the user login pages and a lot of details on the site. They created new web pages that display the main information for the users.

We were only dealing with one person, but we were sure there were many others.

We looked on Fiverr for someone who could work on the project. We couldn’t find anyone there, so we searched on Google and came across Semantic Minds. This was the first time we were looking for an external party, and we needed to trust them. Their reviews were excellent, so we decided to try them out.

We worked with them from February–April 2022

We can’t share any metrics, but we can say that we tested it with our team, and the feedback was positive. It has become one of the best things that we have.

We typically used email, but we also called them if something wasn’t clear or was urgent.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve heard from other people that even if an external party is working on the project, they can have tantrums, not give the work back on time, or not be negotiable. In my experience with Semantic Minds, they were flexible and had a good contact person to communicate with us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Maybe they can improve their communication when it comes to more urgent matters. Rather than emailing or calling them, they should have a separate portal to raise tickets.

We were not running international seo campaigns in asia where most of our international students were coming from. The most impressive thing about them is their ability to understand our needs and the local markets where most of our international students are coming from.

we believe they could have spent more time on Baidu since significant number of candidates originally come from china.

The team is very technical. They are not just SEO experts. The also owner knows machine learning and natural language processing. That gave them an edge over other SEO companies.

The scope of the work was pretty straight forward. Our website needed SEO optimization and funnels to generate more leads. They initially analyzed our whole website and suggested key changes which were then implemented. They then highlighted what they'll be doing in a number of phases and what would be the deliverables. they set up good campaigns for our business and were pretty successful.

A total of around 4 members of the team were in touch with us including the owner of the firm and other SEO experts.

After they optimized our website and did SEO for it, our lead generation increased 10 folds. Their PPC services were also superior and helped us lock more clients.
