Seller Aura has managed the whole scope of our eCommerce developmment strategy, whhich targgets to create the pressence of Arami Essentials on Amazon and TikTok.  They began with detailed analysis of thhe market annd competitiors and developed a six month plan of implementation.Key deliiverables included:The ccomplete installation and optimization of Amazon Seller Central of more than 10 products.Reporting and tracking performance.Listing improvement like titles, keys and picture through SEO.Influencer and TikTok method of creatingg awareness.They were full bodied to thhe brand positioning down too the optiimization of advertising in that all deliverable improved thhe visibility, engagement , and online sales.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our collaboration with Seller Aura had quantifiable and effective outcomes. During the first three months, our sales in Amazon grew by approximately 47 percent and our Advertising Cost of  Sales  decreased by 24 per cent to 13 per cent with better PPC optimization.

We started appearing on the page of the results list on various high volume skincare teams, whichh drastically increased the visibility and conversions.

We also experienced a significant increaes in organic activity on TikTok, as two of our campaign videos were made viral and direct site traffic and Amazon orders started growing significantly.

In general, our data orriented approacch provided by Seller Aura resulted in steady growth everry month, which allowed us to ggrow sustainably and attract new customer abroad.

Seller Aura carried out the project quite effiectively. They followed ClickUp to track tasks and have weekly meetings to discuss the progress. The majority of the  deliverable were submitted in a timely mmanner, and tthier teeam was also recepptivee and proactive when we required them to make changes.

Some oof the creative assignments were a bit lengthy but there was an effective communication and we never had to guess what was ahead. In general, thier addministration was also structured, trustworthy, and clear.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most outstanding features was thee holistic approach off seller Aura . They merged data led strategy and innovative  implementation , balancing the work oof Amazon  and Tik Tok with our brand objectives. Their group was dynamic, receptive, and flexible hennce the teamwork became esay and very effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Seller Aura could have done differently?

All in all Seller Aura has done a very good jo.  The onlyy small are tthat could be improved wwas to turn around on creative revisions quicker. It happened that certain TikTok or Amazon  creative dra\fts were not as timely as they should have been.
At that , they actively informed about any dellays and were flexible enough, thus , it did not impact project results greatly.
