Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Clutch Coffee Bar, a startup drive-thru coffee chain. We currently have two locations but are looking to aggressively expand along the East Coast.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Seidel Agency?

The main reason we brought The Seidel Agency on board was to help optimize our social media presence. We wanted to improve our brand awareness by targeting our audience and using influencers to gain traction in our industry.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Seidel Agency handles our posts on Instagram and Facebook. We chose those platforms because that’s where the majority of our target demographic communicates with one another. Together, we come up with new ideas and concepts to address in the posts. Their team then compiles a monthly plan with updated strategies and relevant content.

My main contact is Steve (Founder & CEO, The Seidel Agency), so I work directly with him.

I share a mutual connection with Steve, so I had known of his skills and saw his work first hand. His positive impact on several large companies was impressive to me, so I thought his talent would be beneficial for my company.

We’ve been working together since January 2018, and the project is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Beyond helping us tremendously grow our overall user base, they’ve helped us configure better ways to target our audience. We’ve recently reached 5,000 followers on social media, and we’re continuing to improve week by week. Our base has seen a 100% increase during the engagement. The support from The Seidel Agency has contributed to getting more active users for our social media content.
