SEEBA was engaged to perform a comprehensive Business Health Assessment aimed at strengthening the foundation and scalability of our company. Their work included a detailed review of our Business Model Canvas (BMC), where they analyzed and refined key elements such as our value propositions, customer segments, and revenue streams. They conducted an in-depth SWOT analysis to provide a clear view of our internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats. Through a thorough gap analysis, SEEBA identified operational and strategic deficiencies that were hindering growth and efficiency. Based on these insights, they delivered a tailored strategic roadmap outlining both short-term actions and long-term initiatives necessary for sustainable development. Throughout the engagement, SEEBA facilitated multiple workshops and consultations with our leadership team to ensure that the proposed strategies were aligned with our broader business goals.

SEEBA’s engagement delivered clear, measurable outcomes that positioned us for structured growth. We received a detailed Business Health Assessment, including a finalized Growth Plan covering strategic initiatives across marketing, sales, delivery, and internal processes. Specific deliverables included a gap analysis of our current versus desired state, with clear action steps prioritized by impact. Our Business Model Canvas (BMC) was updated to reflect a scalable, AI-integrated services structure, aligning our value proposition with the needs of early-stage and growth-stage startups in Sweden.

Thanks to SEEBA's work, we now have an actionable strategic roadmap, clear client segmentation, a revised value proposition, and documented priorities for improving lead generation, delivery scalability, brand positioning, and operational clarity. Additionally, we gained access to the BizEngine platform, where all assessments, dashboards, and strategic roadmaps are centralized for continuous tracking. This foundation allows us to measure progress against defined KPIs such as lead generation volume, client diversification, and operational scalability.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SEEBA could have done differently?

SEEBA could improve by having a more structured sales process and providing clearer showcases of past results. However, once the project started, their execution and commitment were outstanding.
