What challenge were you trying to address with See. Spot. Cut.

I hired them as a video production partner for client projects.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’ve partnered with Jordan (Chief Creative Officer, See. Spot. Cut.) on at least 40 projects including creative direction and execution. The client videos—both live action and animated—range from 30 seconds up to five minutes. Jordan and his team produce the videos and make edits or changes based on client feedback. Often, Jordan is on set to talk with my team and the client in real-time. Additional services include transcription, mixing, and color correcting.

I work directly with Jordan.

How did you come to work with See. Spot. Cut.?

Jordan is my go-to for these kinds of projects because he makes everything work. I keep re-engaging him because we’ve never had a problem with his production team.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent about $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2003 and the latest project ended in August 2018.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The team’s creativity and originality are outstanding. They’re always early or on time, regardless of the time frame. Clients often call me with last-minute requests that I must pass on to Jordan. He responds immediately and will have the changes in a matter of hours, if not sooner. However, if Jordan ever feels there is a better solution than the client's feedback, I talk it through with him before implementing anything because I trust him completely. We get minimal client notes when Jordan is on set co-producing, which is unheard of our industry.

How did See. Spot. Cut. perform from a project management standpoint?

Jordan is on top of everything and has never missed a deadline. But what’s more, he’s a very nice, professional person and I can’t say enough good things about him and See. Spot. Cut. Jordan makes my life easier. My position requires me to solve problems on a constant basis and it’s nice to know somebody’s got your back.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Jordan and his team are not only skilled and passionate, but they’re good people to work with. See. Spot. Cut. is happy to provide anything we need without questioning us. In addition, their prices are very fair for the services we request.

Any advice for potential customers?

Collaborate with them because they’re helpful and will streamline the process. Typically, collaboration saves me nearly a month’s worth of work and ensures the client is happy. See. Spot. Cut. will get the job done by themselves, but collaboration creates the most value for the client.
