The scope of work included implementing a fast, one-page checkout, setting up a subscription model for recurring purchases, and building an advanced product filtering system so customers could search based on health goals, ingredients, or product type.
They also integrated multiple secure payment gateways and synced the site with our CRM so customer interactions could be tracked and nurtured. On top of that, they created automated email reminders for subscription renewals and repeat orders, which made the customer journey much more convenient.
