I'm an artist that sells fine art direct to consumers and through galleries.

For what projects/services did your company hire Seattle New Media, and what were your goals?

I designed a website and store that I needed developed in webflow. I had several custom needs that webflow did not provide out of the box.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I posted on upwork with the tasks and needs for the project. Seattle New Media promptly sent in a proposal and was very quick to get on a call with me to understand the scope of the project and my needs.

There was clear and quick communication via Slack. I was able to keep track of different bugs/requests and was kept updated on their status.

While a fairly straightforward project there were a few elements that were custom and a few that I didn't have enough tech knowledge to make a decision. The team provided their expertise to help inform my decision around certain vendors and platforms.
