I run the bar program for a family-owned string of boutique hotels on the West Coast. Our company has several brands. Many locations have their own dining establishments like a bar or restaurant.

Our websites were outdated and we only had one map on Google that pointed to our parent property. Our project focused on revamping the design for each hotel’s specific web page. In addition, we needed distinct Google Maps ads to promote each of our locations. 

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted each of our properties to have its own unique website and show up as a separate location on Google Maps.

How did you select this vendor?

We heard about Julian (Vice President, Seattle Advertising, Inc) from some of the developers at a GPS company who often stay at our hotels. We looked up Seattle Advertising on Google and contacted them about supporting this project.

Describe the project in detail.

Seattle Advertising designed and developed four different websites for each of our properties. They optimized each platform to improved its search rankings for the establishment’s corresponding city. Lastly, they targeted visibility for each hotel’s corresponding ad on Google Maps.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

Seattle Advertising produced results that are well worth the money we invested in their services. The SEO strategy they implemented ranked our sites at the top of relevant search results on both Bing and Google. The techniques they used to improve our visibility on Google Maps positioned our hotels as the top result locally, and even as far as 75 miles away. 

How did the Seattle Advertising, Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Seattle Advertising called at least twice a week. As an inexperienced client with little knowledge of the SEO space, we required extension discussions.  The team was always nice, and they answered all of our questions. They worked extremely hard for our company.

Over the years, we hadn’t achieved any results with at least ten different SEO agencies and web designers. These teams had just taken our money and made excuses for poor performance. After explaining our experience to Seattle Advertising, they said: "don't pay us until you see the first website rank highly." As promised, they boosted our platform up to a higher search result, earning our trust. We awarded them the rest of the contract for all our other hotels
