In the first month, I received a comprehensive SEO audit from The Search Initiative, which included keyword research, a content audit, and a technical SEO analysis. The audit provided a clear overview of the website’s strengths and areas for improvement. As part of this process, the account manager delivered a detailed presentation outlining key priority issues and the overall strategy that aligned with my client’s goals.

From the second month onwards, the retainer focused on executing this strategy. This involved improving product pages, category pages, and blog content to enhance search visibility and engagement. For example, optimising high-priority product categories with better keyword targeting and refined descriptions. They also secured high-quality backlinks to strengthen the site's authority and improve rankings. Throughout the campaign, TSI addressed technical issues starting with the ones outlined in the audit.

This structured approach led to steady improvements in organic traffic, search rankings, and overall site performance.
