Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
We displayed our business case and our vision, then Seamless proposed the product charter including the HW description based on delivered deamination, after we checked the feasibility study agreed on ERS solution which include recurring upgrade versions to cover 360 degree of services.
ERS provided transfer vouchers(TOPUP[R2S] Transfer [R2R] , P2P ) through many channels (USSD/SMS/Portal)additional to WSDL package to serve the 3PP nodes from our side, there was some customized requirements for the proposed services to align with our business needs as sales and marketing(P2P mechanism, hierarchy structures between distributors & Dealers, Defining Contract (standard/Special), Defining denominations (Ranges/products),CelliD and Restriction based on Ranges/Types....)additional to SLA severity level after delivering the product to keep service stability. and recently we forward to include new digital services such VAS Bundles, more control services on dealer's balance, campaign system, and other new marketing seamless's products.
What was the team composition?
Project team had about ten people (PM, Delegate PM, Developers, implementation team, Tester team ) and they had flexible skills and cooperated soul and worked as a teamwork with us, there was a strict following up and always touch and recurring meetings between our side and their project management to stay aligned with agreed project plan and keep on same page.
