For this project, SDA is helping us to:

1. Restructure the logic of our app and fix all broken actions from a previous developer. implementing new features and helping us to think through a variety of scenarios and use cases.
2. Reordering screens and adding new screens to improve user experience.
3. Completely redesigning current UI to a more user friendly version. These redesigns are also implementing new items to address the new features being added.

Overall, SDA is helping to completely overhaul the app and breath new life into it. They are also helping to maintain a certain realistic approach to how the business model plays into the user experience and the features that are deployed. This is a long-term project and we have many months to go.

Our client had a complex, fixed-term website project and needed to replenish our existing marketing team with equally experienced developers to build and complete the project on time successfully.

We have some vendors and software development partners, but with SDA it's always quick and easy to work. We also chose them because they came back with a good offer for the project and lovely ideas. Also they find a needed person in 3 weeks terms - this was really awesome because we had issue with this position for a 2 month.

We had numerous backlogs in Jira and many problems with the initial version of the platform. The original developer on the client side created the client system, but they focused on other projects. We met and introduced the SDA team to our client's team to discuss our company and what problems we had and still have, and they immediately got to work. We use Mongo DB, NodeJS, React, and React Native.

We have been cooperating with the SDA team for quite a long time. We didn’t have the required capabilities in-house and we needed to get this project off the ground quickly. Therefore the choice was obvious because we did not have time to look for experienced specialists whom we could entrust with a rather complex and responsible project.

The result lives up to expectations. SDA is always in touch. It's more than contractors. Having worked on several projects, we have already become friends. They always cover any of our technical needs. The SDA team always finds the best candidate for us.

We were working with a healthcare client building a mobile application that was going to be used by both patients and physicians. Application offered a full end to end patient journey from symptoms checker to ordering prescriptions. We were looking for an experienced technical team that could support us with development. Our first chosen partner wasn't up to scratch. There was a lot of miscommunication, the deadlines were continuously extended, and the quality wasnt great, so we needed someone to take over and correct the code. Moreover, agile ways of working as very important too. It was great to find the guys at SDA, they really helped us to speed up development.

We had just invested in a new platform, and just after launch, we realised something wasn't working. Initially, we brought SDA Company in to analyse what had gone wrong, i.e. why customers were absent on the new platform and hadn't used an app. They thoroughly researched and concluded at what engagement stage the issue was, and there was not just one problem. Also, the platform we chose conflicted with the payment system and some third-party add-ons. We decided to go for a custom build solution, and developers from SDA built for us an MVP which we launched pretty quickly. Then new features were built iteratively.

CEO of SDA Alex consulted us from the very beginning, and it was a valuable and kind bit of advice. There was no goal to sell his services; it was friendly advice. We were captivated and decided to start our cooperation with SDA Company never regretted our choice.

Customer engagement soared from 2% to 20% and is rising monthly. More and more customers are using the platform and application together, and we are maintaining the iterative approach to development.

We already had a successful experience in cooperation with SDA, they provided the most exciting offer, they had a similar experience and were prepared well for our interview. Quickly they offered a fast and deep analysis of all system nodes and prepared technical documentation.

At first, we, as a team with SDA, studied the requirements for the application, analyzed their future users, collected all the necessary information, and offered solutions.

Due to the nondisclosure agreement, we can’t share all phases in detail, but we made an interesting discovery phase during which the client changed some requirements and made prioritization together with us, wrote clear documentation for all parts of the system (description of servers, application, landing pages, databases, and environments).

Then was the design, planning, and development phase. On that project, we used agile methodology, quality assurance, and release where we correctly deployed and ensured the required functioning of the project. Also, we proposed to install additional monitoring systems for tracking errors and server status.

The web application is being launched soon, so there are no measurable outcomes as far as usability goes. However, there were many tasks that were completed rapidly and effectively, which allowed us to move fast into the next tasks.
