In those efforts, he consults on the direction we should take our accounts, and we take it from there. We value his insight in that area. It’s his goal to boost our rankings on Google search results. He helps create content when we need it, writing blogs to elevate our site.

He offers top-notch services. Because of his work, we’ve seen an increase in traffic and performance as a result. He understands our industry and gives quality advice, going above and beyond my expectations.

Scott provides us with updated keyword rankings, so we can see that we are climbing the ranks of Google. Additionally, he’s been teaching and enabling me to accomplish tasks.

Scott communicates very well and always answers his phone when we call. He’s always on time, prioritizing us. We were particularly impressed with his ability to meet tight deadlines. It’s been pretty straightforward, and his work speaks for itself.

We’ve had a lot of success working with them. Scott is detail-oriented and personable, often challenging us to do things that we wouldn’t have thought to pursue. He’s willing to work with us and assist us in any way possible. I’m looking forward to continuing our partnership.

I can’t think of anything. They’re able to adjust to changes in Google’s algorithm to maximize our SEO efforts. It may be helpful for him to be able to tailor his services to someone with a smaller budget.

The run organic SEO campaigns, supporting keyword efforts and content optimization. We provide them with the context and content about our company and relevant topics, then they run with it to convey our message in an effective way. They do a lot of maintenance and add features to our WordPress site for these efforts, too.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Over the last two years, their efforts have helped our site tremendously. We used to rank on pages 9, 10, and 11, but we’re now between pages 1–2. When we first launched our website we received 76 hits on it, but last month our report told us we earned 2,095, which is a lot in the real estate world. Since we’re not an e-commerce business or anything like that, it’s really impressive to see that many people visiting our site to see who we are. 

How did Scott Keever SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re a very solid team in terms of project management. We have monthly calls and if we need any sort of maintenance, Scott responds the same day. We really use every channel to communicate, including email, text, phone. Scott sends us monthly reports and we also have a dashboard to see how everything is performing throughout the process. 

They’ve been excellent and very professional with their timelines, so when we give them materials, they’re implemented immediately. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The biggest thing for me, since I’m not an SEO expert, is how well they explain everything to me. Since the process leaves a lot of things unknown in the SEO world, they do their best to make sure we know what is happening and why. They do a great job explaining information in layman’s terms. 

Additionally, their responsiveness is a huge asset. If our website goes down or we need to add a new agent to our site, they help us immediately. There have been several instances where things went wrong, like if a page wasn’t loading, and they fix everything quickly while providing great customer service.  

Lastly, they also don’t hire competitors in the same marketplace, which is very important to us. They really do care about their clients and go above and beyond to support them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, I don’t think there is anything to improve. We’re really happy with them.

If you want your business to excel and be at the top, SEO is really important. Paid efforts might help in some cases, but Scott’s team is great at improving ranking organically to really grow traffic, which helps the overall goal of growing revenue.
