We were looking for a reliable software engineer to resolve issues with our backend after a previous development company left the project in a poor state and failed to deliver what was required.

I was introduced to Max through an existing client of SciForce, whose software development services came highly recommended.

We initially hired a backend engineer, and the level of professionalism and ability to deliver exceeded our expectations.

As we moved our project into production, we also required a DevOps engineer. Based on our positive experience, we will continue working with SciForce for their strong engineering expertise and consistent delivery.

I’m the founder and CEO of Paradigma, an end-to-end engineering services company for sports, fitness, and health tech companies. We specialize in AI and computer vision solutions such as video analytics, player tracking, and real-time data extraction to enhance performance, coaching, and fan engagement.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sciforce?

We needed help with computer vision and machine learning for several projects. We also needed to develop a system for analyzing sports video streams.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sciforce has provided us with consulting services. The team has also helped us develop a system for analyzing sports video streams. 
The system's main features include R&D of a solution approach, system architecture design, backend development, development and training of video analysis models for identifying advertising integrations, interface design and implementation, and deployment and support.For this project, we acted as product owners, determining how the system should work, what functions it should have, and how to implement it. Sciforce has designed and programmed the system.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sciforce has met our acceptance criteria, deadlines, and estimated costs. The video analysis models they've developed have more than 95% accuracy, which is more than the average on the market. The system has also reduced the amount of manual analysis required by our staff by 8–10 times.

How did Sciforce perform from a project management standpoint?

Sciforce is very professional in management and communication. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
