We had an idea to set up the kids shop so we decided to choose the Scharmach to design a logo, a company name and created online shop - also the social media we started from zero and decided to work together with scharmach - so they were with us since then.

we decided to choose scharmach based on the opinions of other customers. In my previous work I had an opportunity to work with scharmach so I had a knowledge about theire work.

We had a first meeting where we informed Scharmach what we need. They help us to decide about details conected with shop. Then we received estimated cost in details. It was divided into steps. Later we went throught the steps acc. to the plan. And in the end we got the ready shop.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
In my opinion working with Scharmach was very professional. They were informing us about every details, every cost - they were giving us few options to choose. we never felt uninformed. Always answering and explaing difficuties. helpig with shop - step by step For today I can say that the effect is what we intended. On time, acc to the cost - there were nothing bad suprises.

We usually contacted by the email - the important issue. By the Whatssup - the simple questions, informations. If I needed something to talk I usually called to the manager.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Scharmach company can explain complicated things in an easy way, so the people who are starting and do not have the knowlede about that kind of coperation can feel comfortable. In the begining it is hard to trust, but we do not scared to trust them and work with them.
