Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The first month of work was mainly focused on auditing our website and GA. At the end of the month, the strategy was presented, which covered over 10 recommendations to implement for GA4 work improvement as well as over 30 tasks to implement regarding the website. 

During the second month of work, we began to implement the strategy, using written by ScaleCrush writers pieces for our collection and product pages. They assisted us greatly with tasks for our inner copywriter to work on her own with the copy pieces later on. The next months of work were mainly about technical and design changes in our website, so ScaleCrush assisted our developers in implementing all the recommendations correctly. 

Even now, when we stopped working together, this great dedicated team stays in touch and follow our progress. I can't be grateful enough for this excellent opportunity to work together and to place our business onto the next level!

The ScaleCrush team started off by performing a site audit to find any technical issues we should address right off the bat. From there, they interviewed some of our existing customers to conduct research and help us gain clarity on the best type of content to attract more of our ideal clients. They created marketing strategy and content plans to meet people where they are at. Currently they are creating content for our website based on these initial steps, so we can publish and continue to improve our site's search result rankings.

It's still very early days since we started working together, but so far our site's search engine impressions are trending up after a gradual decline over the past few months. This hasn't translated into increased traffic yet, but we also have yet to publish any of the new content we brainstormed and researched together.

The whole team has been extremely efficient, responsive, and helpful as we implemented different aspects of the project together. The timeline was clear, they stayed on track, and we've been able to collaborate really well together.

So far, it's been the depth of the work. Nothing is "surface level" or answered off the cuff without a lot of thought into how it will impact results and strategy. This is incredibly useful and no doubt a bit part of why they are able to deliver results for their clients. They aren't just "going through the motions".

Are there any areas for improvement or something ScaleCrush could have done differently?

It was a little difficult to have the ScaleCrush team come up to speed on our industry, but that's just the nature of the space we operate in. There are a lot of different competitors and industry jargon.

90-Day Framework: The proposal outlines a 90-day framework to transform content into a significant marketing asset. This framework includes: 

• Audit: Conducting various audits (Tracking, Tech SEO, Existing Content) and user research. 
• Build: Selecting topics from user research, performing competitor analysis, creating a new content marketing strategy, setting up a content calendar, and hiring writers. 
• Scale: Includes content writing, subject matter expert interviews, custom illustrations, and revisions.
