What challenge were you trying to address with Saruhan Web Agency?

We were looking for someone to design and develop our website. Additionally, we needed help creating our business’ online presence.

First, I discussed with Saruhan’s team my expectations for the project. Saruhan then researched and came up with ideas for the website. From there, they developed the site and created its content. 

Additionally, Saruhan made some designs for our social media channels. They also advised our team about implementing campaigns online.

We interacted with three teammates.

I found Saruhan through a Google search. I chose them because they seemed skillful, and their website looked excellent. They gave me the feeling that I could trust and work with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about €3,000 (approximately $3,400 USD) on the entire project.

What is the status of the engagement?

We worked together from June–August 2021.

Saruhan’s services were perfect, and the project was a success. I would work with them again because they had been outstanding.

Saruhan’s communication was top-notch, and we didn’t have any problem with it. Their turnaround time was speedy; they always delivered on time. 

A teammate was available if I needed something, and they always replied within half an hour. They were open to implementing the changes that we requested. We communicated through WhatsApp and phone calls. 

What did you find the most impressive about them?

Saruhan was very professional, helpful, and trustworthy — they knew what they were doing. They were also very cooperative and helpful. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. We were satisfied with Saruhan's work.

Esvera Cam offers its customers building services, glass consultancy, and production technologies. I'm the founder of this company.

We have been working with Saruhan Web Agency for about five years. We are very pleased with their contribution to our company with the work we have done in five years. For this reason, we continue our work together.

Saruhan Web Agency provided functional arrangements allowing clients to quickly find information about products. With the use of a clear design, the pages looked pleasant and attracted new users, while learning information about products has become easy.

In this way, we reached more customers through our website and they made it easier for us to reach our goal for sales. Also, we had a social media consultancy from Saruhan Web Agency. Also, online ads and e-catalog.

They have created social media strategies in order to provide more information about our products to clients and get more return for our sales. We still continue to receive this service with pleasure.

The number of customers who reach us through our site and want to receive our services is increasing day by day. In addition, thanks to social media studies, we receive customer interaction in the international area.

Absolutely effective communication and professional work. In this way, they supported us at every stage and returned to every question with good suggestions. We easily maintained our communication before and after the project.
