The authentication and authorization features make the access of data open for valid users only. I know we’ve got a nice-size team, with a main project manager on our account. From there, work gets delegated out, and it flexes up and down depending on our monthly needs. We interact with them on a weekly basis.

The team included a project manager being our point of contact who used to delegate the tasks to the concerned developers and got the tasks discussed done accordingly. Currently we are taking service support from them on a monthly basis from their technical support team.

It has been a successful project—on time and on budget. I believe the number of support requests that have been generated has been very low from thrice to once a month. On all fronts, it was money well spent.

Everything was pretty spot on. There are many situations where something might go wrong, sometimes disrupting issues, where the Sapphire team is able to quickly jump in, identify, and fix issues.

It’s their ability to troubleshoot. Whatever we encounter, they can handle it. There’s never been an issue where they weren’t able to solve the problem, or at least do their best to enable solving the issue.

There were 4 people on the team comprising of 1 team lead, 1 head developer, 1 quality assurance tester, and 1 general supervisor. In addition to these members, I was able to directly communicate with the CEO at any time.

We started with basically nothing and by the end of the project now we have a full fledged software. Each step of the way we were able to provide feedback and make changes, and they were really responsive so we could stay on schedule and on budget.

We mentioned out the points that were must have in the tool with relative comparison of overall performance every year, the management software must support result simulation to analyze performance on the individual level. With the help of this modules performance comparison, student management, we can store important data and records such as student name, class, contact information, registration number, in a central databse. It thus turned out very beneficial for the administrative team, after given relevant time and training to operate the software effectively by the Sapphire team.
