After a series of zoom meetings to discuss our startup branding & website, we received 3 initial design for brand logo & website templates once we chose a theme & logo, She finalized the design and provided feedback through zoom. -She cam back to us with complete branding designs & options & she was very flexible with revisions she provided us unlimited revisions.She provided best UX/UI practices to our websites & great graphics banners & icons.

We are a startup Cloud Accounting firm. We needed to create an appealing logo that will catch the essence of our firm name, Unlock. We wanted to establish the appropriate branding guide to go along with our theme.

We posted our job posting utilizing the Upwork platform. We received many proposal and after narrowing it down to top 2, we selected Sana as our freelancer. We loved Sana's style and approach to helping us achieve our goal of created a modern logo with all branding elements.

Project entailed designing a logo, branding elements, and website for a startup in accounting space. We had an initial call with Sana to discuss her proposal along with milestone and deliverables at each stage of the project.

Sana presented to us initial concepts and walked us thru the rationale for each concept. She was extremely flexible in terms of accommodating our changes and went many time above and beyond to finesse the final product.

Once the logo was finalized, Sana presented to us concepts of branding element (business cards/ Letterheads etc) to complement our branding scheme. Next, we moved to creating a bespoke website design. We had a detailed call at this stage where Sana asked pointed question to assess our needs and taste.

She had delivered an amazing landing page concept and has been working diligently to help us launch our website.

As a first time working with design freelancer, we didn't know what to expect. Sana really asked great questions at the beginning to gauge our vision. She had the keen sense of ensuring we were 100% satisfied with the results before moving to the next stage.

Our logo was really appreciated for capturing the firm name in a very creative way.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Sana was great in managing the entire branding and website project. She communicated to us very clearly and took our feedback on any adjustments we required. They are highly organized to help us stay on top.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This was our first experience interacting with some one on Upwork. Sana made the whole process a breeze for us. We were amazed by her design sense and keen focus on capturing what was on our mind.

Being able to bring to fruition concepts we had in our head to reality, really shows how impressive Sana's work ethics and commitment.

Sana's work is impeccable and with her expertise in design we learnt a lot and were able to exchange ideas.

We worked together from August 2020–December 2021.

We realized the quality of the work was declining in March. Also, the communication became more informal. Since we didn’t want to search for someone else, we hired her again. She produced a little more of the work, but then she moved from negligent to vindictive. In the end, we didn’t hear from her on the expected submission date.

How did Sana Khalid FREELANCER address the challenges that arose?

We initially didn’t address the problem. Later, she sent us a message saying that our project didn’t have any more money, so she’d stop working with us.

It made us lose a lot of credibility. We lost clients, and the website is still down because we don’t have access to the backup. I don’t know how to put a figure on that, but now I have to redo the site for $2,500.

We mainly communicated via WhatsApp and Upwork. We gave her the submission dates and communicated every day before the deadline.

She had a good eye for design and knew how to design good websites.

Sana was collaborative and followed my requests well when it came to editing. Brought to life a better version of what I envisioned for all of the items we worked together on.

There were a couple of edits that were missed on occasion but Sana fixed the issues as soon as it was brought to her attention and made sure moving forward that the process was corrected.

Sana Khalid helped me with specific pages on my website that were very dull. I had a vision for some of the pages that featured my popular courses, and they implement my ideas into the design. I created a document of all the changes I needed, and we discussed how they would interpret it. Afterward, they started the redesign process. They enhanced the visuals to be more attractive so that I could get more clients. Additionally, they put certain buttons to make it easier to navigate and sign up for events.

Sana Khalid was communicative throughout the whole process, which was really awesome. We used Upwork to communicate, and I’d get a message from them whenever they worked on a page. They showed me their progress constantly. Whenever I wanted to change something, they’d fix it right away. They’d finish tasks within the timeframe I set. They were very easy to work with and produced exactly what I had in mind.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were a fantastic team who were very experienced and prompt. Additionally, they gave me some pointers on things outside the project scope, which was nice. We really formed a friendship.

I selected Sana after going with my gut on her profile with Upwork. I had reservations initially thinking our cultures wouldn't match and I wouldn't get something relatable to my clients. Sana blasted my preconceptions out of the water and I am so thankful I didn't let that get in the way of working together. I hope to work with Sana many more times in the future!

Sana asked for my vision, then produce3d several options for me. I chose what I liked best and then added my two cents. Each and every time I offered an edit she came back with a product as if she had been in my own brain. Sana is professional, pleasant and I love that she and I talked about our families as we worked together.

In contrast to the first person I used, her presentations were stellar and she exemplified the personal of a true professional, without me knowing how to quantify that initially. She set the bar high for anyone I work with!
