During covid we wanted to give our customers a tool which help them to płace their orders in a quick and easy way without any need to contact our salesteam.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were already in Good realtion with saly as they have created our previous website. We contacted them and together came to a point that we should start with E-commerce.

We had few starting meetings. We described our goals and objectives. Then saly team was building the platform and we were checking it once a month together to verify the development of the project.

Project manager, product manager and it was All controlled by the generał manager who was also very helpful.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our website is more comfortable to work with for the customers. It is easier to work on it also for us. And what the most important its a Great factor for our salesteam as we can underline it as our big advantage.

We had every day contact with project manager by mails, Google Teams and by phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Sharing their knowledge and experience with us to building something helpful for us. Their goal was not earning money but creating something.

We needed their team to create a special platform for our business clients.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Saly B2B E-Commerce Platform is in charge of creating a web application that we can use to process client orders within our internal system. It also enables us to rely on an integrated pricelist and credit limit, streamlining our business operations.

What is the team composition?

I’ve only met with 3–4 resources from their team, but I know there are other members who cooperate with them to create our app.

I found their profile after searching for reliable software agencies on the internet.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $6,000–$7,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in March 2021, and it’s ongoing. We’re now in the implementation stage, and we plan to collect internal feedback by June.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We currently don’t have the right metrics to measure the success of the engagement because we haven’t launched the product yet. However, Saly B2B E-Commerce Platform has always been excellent in meeting our needs and taking our feedback into consideration. We’re excited to meet our goals and please our customers through this platform.

Their team is highly professional — they always make it a point to communicate and cooperate with us in every stage of the product’s implementation.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Saly B2B E-Commerce Platform is a very flexible team. They always deliver our needs, no matter how specific these may be.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At some point in the project, we’ve been very busy with our personal commitments. We’d appreciate it if their team was more firm in putting more pressure on us, but I know that it’s not part of their responsibility.
