BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a nonprofit that provides housing for families with children facing homelessness, formerly incarcerated individuals, the elderly, and veterans. I’m the founder and CEO.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Sage Digital?

We just started the nonprofit, so we needed someone to help us get the word out. Specifically, we wanted a website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their main responsibility was to create our website for us from scratch. At this point, the site is finished. However, they still make monthly tweaks and improvements to update the website for SEO purposes. 

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with a single point of contact.

How did you come to work with Sage Digital?

I was referred to them by another nonprofit, so I checked out their portfolio of past work. It was very impressive. They were forthcoming and very easy to work with. It was a pretty easy decision.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $2,100.

What is the status of this engagement?

We collaborated from April–May 2020 on the website build. Now, they’re just making monthly tweaks for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All the feedback I received on the website was very positive. They did a great job organizing the information and content for visual appeal. It’s very well put together.

How did Sage Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Their response time is pretty impressive. That was a huge selling factor for me since the beginning. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been very happy with their work. They’ve done a spectacular job with the tasks we’ve given them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Look at other websites for inspiration regarding content and design. That will help you provide the designer with an idea of what you want your site to look like.
