Please describe your company and your position there.

Raw Bank is a leading bank in the Congo banking market since 2012. I am a systems administrator at Raw Bank.

To design a website for the bank to facilitate in informing the public about the required information and services.

What were your goals for this project?

For better convenience of all our clients to easily access our information and services.

How did you select this vendor?

We considered the work they had done and recommendations.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They did research on the major services the bank offers, then we worked together to build up a unique idea. They went ahead and designed mockups for the work for better color selections and preferred layouts. Actual development then started with back and forth communications, testing and with approval, the full site was up for use.

What was the team composition?

There was a project manager who was in charge of the whole project. He coordinated different developers, who kept varying depending on their roles on the team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Launching of the website was a great advantage to the bank because we registered an increase in income that year of deployment. We are still working with them till now on other services related to the website.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project manager in charge of the team coordinated with the developing team as well as the management team from the bank. We had back and forth communications for approval of work at different stages.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are able to provide excellent work and work on their assigned schedule. Their communication was also great because they always made calls or sent emails for any detail no matter how small it might seem to others yet critical to the bank.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Since we are still working with them, we keep registering improvements as the years go by. They always outdo the already splendid work.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The organization is based on memberships, volunteers, and help through volunteers who make personal charity with the elderly face-to-face. It works with crowdsourcing; between open calls, they welcome highly qualified volunteers to whom tasks are distributed to solve online and in-person if necessary. The volunteer made a report and verified the beneficiary for later supervision, helping to deploy aid and monitor livelihood progress.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Firstly, we conducted a series of personal interviews and shared a Google form to complete an online survey. Highlighted questions we asked our interviewees were:

1. Tell us more about which type of NGO you are willing to donate to.
2. Have you ever made an online donation? If YES-name it, and if NO-explain why.
3. What are the factors you'll need to check before trusting in a donation website?

After surveying 19 participants and conducting five user interviews, we used affinity mapping to find common points in the data that we collected. As per from result, we were able to discover significant facts that we need to address in the next cycle of our design process.
