Our offices are in the same building. They are well known for digital marketing services and have proven track record of working on some really good campaign for other companies. It was a simple decision to approach them due to location proximity as well their past track record.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Setup and Management of Digital Assets (Primarily Facebook) for Kasturi Orchid Hotels and Resorts. They are responsible for generating leads, organizing digital campaigns, manage and respond to queries, collect testimonials, corporate video etc.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been trying to generate leads from quite some time by utilizing digital. Sabhi Digital after coming on board has worked out some really good campaigns strategies in order to help us gain more likes, better page profile, and higher number of inquiries.

There is always room for improvement. We continue workign with them and I am sure they will improve their performance significantly this year.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Dev, design, sales team. It hugely improve staff's efficiency and satisfaction level. Earlier, same number of staff for struggling for time. Post usage, their efficiency has improved gradually. Believe, there is a further room for improvement there as employees are still not using all the features.

Few online meetings had to be rescheduled at the last minute due to some key personnel missing on their side.
