Fx market is very big and volatile. I needed expertise to deliver resilient, high throughput, low latency tools for traders and support teams

Through contractor/consultancy desk, reviewing profiles, Interviews and final 2 hours technical test euro ensure hands on expertise

Several front office applications ( web based), some WPF high performant support tools so APS can manage the etrading FX flow + Server side components to support the front end layers

Team of permanent staff alongside consultants and contractors working together on variety of projects.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The tools delivered increased APS time to market. The project was delivered in time with good quality. During the development process several POCs were made and presented to the stake holders to ensure alignment with business. Project handed over at a good state with enough test scripts around it so further enhancements would be possible. Overall we were very happy with the outcome

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Very transparent with the stakeholders. regular updates via scrum, more importantly willing to accept alteration of the business requirements during the process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very professional and easy to talk to. They understand priorities and delivers to your expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Perhaps a bit more on the documentation side
