I’m the CEO of White Square USA, a cleaning company for luxury properties, offices, HOAs, condos, and Airbnb properties in South Florida.

What challenge were you trying to address with Roxfire?

We needed help bringing in new clients and increasing our sales volume. We also wanted to reduce our marketing operational expenditure and improve our organic traffic via SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Roxfire has redesigned our website and optimized our services and the geography we service. The team has also built a calculator for our customers. Roxfire has built landing pages for Google Ads and Meta Ads to get more bookings, specifically for Airbnb customers. The team has also worked on improving our SEO, building backlinks, and creating citations.

Roxfire's work has increased our permanent customers with contracts by 340% in three months. Our revenue volume has also increased by 3x. Moreover, we've seen an increase in our brand awareness in our service areas.

How did Roxfire perform from a project management standpoint?

Roxfire has worked in phases instead of trying to do everything at once, which has helped us fit the project into our budget. The team has kept to what they said they would do. We communicate with them through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Roxfire thinks about the strategy, not just a small fix. This has helped me realize what else I can improve for my business and how my potential clients interact with my site and booking system. The team has helped me set up a CRM, which I didn't think was important. Now, I wouldn't run the business without it.Moreover, I love their creative approach, ideas, and design.
