BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I work as part of a consumer goods company’s marketing team. I take care of projects relating to marketing and cloud solutions for our e-commerce base.

We needed assistance with marketing and IT consultation.

What were your goals for this project?

To expand the e-commerce range and cloud scalability for some of our brands.

We’d had contact with them in the past.

They focused on allowing us to quickly scale our e-commerce solution. They also provided cloud support for better CDN integration in order to obtain faster loading times.

What was the team composition?

We had four people internally that I supervised, while they had a team of seven on their end.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They took care of everything, with a lot of attention to detail and more. I was impressed by their credibility and performance.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was a great experience and we both learned a lot. We had weekly catch-ups in their offices or over the phone to make sure the project was moving forward.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They had very good communication and were very passionate about their work. They only hire the best experts in their team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could be a little more attentive to certain details.
