What challenge were you trying to address with Rootsquare Technologies?
Our team did market research for a solution we wanted to develop. We hired Rootsquare Technologies to provide custom mobile and web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?
The engagement started with the software requirements specification (SRS) stage. Collaboratively, we built the application for iOS and Android. Rootsquare Technologies architected the solution. We used Node.js for the APIs and Laravel PHP for the web frontend, specifically the admin panels.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Rootsquare Technologies provided proper documentation for the project diagram, solution architecture, and the user manual. This comprehensive serviced benefited the custom build. Overall, the team met our expectations.
How did Rootsquare Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
We held weekly strategy meetings and daily stand-up calls to review progress with the respective timeframes. Rootsquare Technologies did everything necessary to ensure a seamless delivery. They followed agile methodology and were available at all hours to talk. The team used Bugzilla for bug fixes and communicated via WhatsApp and Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They did a great job, especially given our weekly update rollouts schedule. Our platform had a few bugs, but no software is entirely error-free. Rootsquare Technologies fixed the problems efficiently and maintained the core functionality’s reliability. We learned more about how technology can achieve our functionality expectations.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. They ensured a seamless experience. We collaborated with them and never experienced a major issue. No one can make a bug-free software, but with proper testing on both sides can minimize future problems.
