For what projects/services did your company hire ROI Express?

ROI Express has been hired to build a new management infrastructure and CRM to replace the old system we've used for years.

What were your goals for this project?

To replace our old buggy software without interruption of services.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We published RFP and received a very reasonable offer from ROI Express with detailed budget allocations, timeline, and milestones. Also, they suggested that we should start with a two-week milestone, which we did, and during this period were convinced we've made the right choice.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They identified the weak points of our old system, interviewed our team members to find out what they ideally would want to see in the new version and what functionality would improve their performance. They built a new CRM and backend management software, provided detailed documentation and training for our team.

What was the team composition?

Project manager, system architect, 2 php developers, network engineer, UI/UX designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We had a significant decrease in customer complaints, which allowed us to faster sort and address newly submitted tickets. We also stopped working with a remote team, that was supporting our buggy old system.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had weekly conference calls and detailed reporting every Monday, that informed us of the expected deliveries by the end of the week. We did not feel the need to involve our managers as everything was taken care of.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were really satisfied about how the team handled our requests for changes. During the course of their work, we realized that certain things won't work the way we planned and guys from ROI Express were flexible enough to accommodate those without overcharging us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We'd worked with teams before hiring ROI Express and it was a very satisfying experience for us. The only thing that could probably be done is extending post-launching support.
