We had a significant decrease in customer complaints, which allowed us to faster sort and address newly submitted tickets. We also stopped working with a remote team, that was supporting our buggy old system.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We had weekly conference calls and detailed reporting every Monday, that informed us of the expected deliveries by the end of the week. We did not feel the need to involve our managers as everything was taken care of.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We were really satisfied about how the team handled our requests for changes. During the course of their work, we realized that certain things won't work the way we planned and guys from ROI Express were flexible enough to accommodate those without overcharging us.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We'd worked with teams before hiring ROI Express and it was a very satisfying experience for us. The only thing that could probably be done is extending post-launching support.
