I’m a marketing manager at one of the largest Ukrainian marketplaces that help patients find a doctor and book a visit online or by the phone.

For what projects/services did your company hire Rocket CRO Lab?

We looked for a company that could help us make changes in our user experience and grow our number of leads.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase sales and find the holes where our users were disappearing. Also, we had a lot of hypotheses that we wanted to test and implement.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We looked at a few agencies and freelancers, sent them questions, and asked for a recommendation as well as a price and terms. After we received a reply and made Skype calls, we found that team from Rocket CRO Lab had the expertise we needed.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We gave them access to our ads and analytics accounts so they could do an audit of our ad results and see what was set up in our Google analytics. Right after that, they set up our Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager so they could get data about user behavior from our website. Also, they implemented a Hotjar plugin. After they collected the data, they made a review with recommendations on what we could improve or A/B tests we could do. The specialists started some tests, and they asked our development team to work with them (e.g. helping develop, test, and fix bugs found during audits).

What was the team composition?

I closely cooperated with the web analytics team and a PPC manager who helped to launch a test.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After fixing bugs that the Rocket CRO Lab team showed us, we saw our first results. After two tests, we received a sensible increase in leads.

Their communication skills were not lacking anything. We got fast answers via email and Telegram.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were fast. I totally relied on their recommendations, and they didn’t let me down.

We wanted to decrease our bounce rate by finding the drop off places. Our goals included improving the UX/UI design and increasing conversions.

How did you select this vendor?

They set up and audited Google Analytics. After that, they made a list of hypotheses with prioritization based on data from the analytics. 

After the review, the hypotheses were divided into two parts: improvements that don’t require testing (e.g. technical corrections) and ideas that needed to be tested. They built a sales funnel, so we could find the “money-leaking” places we needed to improve. They offered some insights about the marketing channels and our campaign. We followed those suggestions and made some changes in website design.

What was the team composition?

We had a dedicated account manager and a team of specialists, including a web designer, a conversion rate optimization manager, and a marketing specialist.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The bounce rate decreased by 20% after they fixed bugs they found during the audit. The relative conversion rate on the problem page in the sales funnel increased by 10%. They achieved all goals.

It was easy and fast. We used online tools for communication like Slack and Trello, so we were always updated on the current situation. Also, we had weekly meetings to keep everything on track.
