What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Working with Rock Your Data significantly decreased the cost of our solution. Previously, we had to pay for the license. Moving everything to the cloud has given us unique advantages and cost savings.
Our new platform has unlimited scalability options and charges us only for what we use. We can scale up or down as we need. Using the visual integration tool Matillion gives us the benefit of a user-friendly option that demands less technical skills. It enables our marketing team to work independently without the IT-related bottlenecks they previously encountered. The new version's performance and quality are much better. As a result, we can deliver insights faster and more reliably.
How did Rock Your Data perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management has been perfect. We held a scrum session every morning to discuss current and upcoming tasks. Using two-week timeframes to plan the project, we employed the Agile methodology, which we enjoyed. It allowed us to adjust requirements throughout the project quickly. With every iteration, they delivered an MVP that demonstrated part of the solution for our business. After we promptly gave feedback, they got to work on it.
Rock Your Data provides great support. Whenever we asked for clarification, they sent detailed answers with step by step instructions and the underlying theory. They were always willing to hop on the phone and chat if we needed.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team keeps a focus on innovation and the technology stack at hand. Most other local companies are still providing more traditional support. Rock Your Data is very innovative, agile, and flexible. They focus on achieving results.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could provide more dedicated training. They deployed a solution and trained our team, but I think building in more detailed, on-demand video training we could access later would be useful.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Everything was great from my perspective.
